| Barn ammenities include 3 top fans and fans on each stall for ventilation and cooling during the summer; bathroom; 2 tack rooms; 4 cross tie areas; 12x12 stalls with swing-out feeder/hay mangers.

| Lighted riding arena
and shaded round pen: built with the florida summers in mind. Shaded trails from 1 to 10 miles surround the area.

Turnout Areas |

| Regular turnout areas are 1/2 acre to 1 acre paddocks built with Centaur fencing. This is PVC covered high-tensile electric fencing. It is super-safe fencing that all horses, foals to drafts, can bounce off of and scrape against without hurting themselves.
